Lovisa Parramatta and Merrylands are good stores,but some of their products are over priced
Using FaceTime with my sister the staff were very patient and showed both of us what pierced silver earrings they had available for a 9 year old. Big thank you to your staff, I’ll definitely be back when buying jewellery.
I took my wife to this store five times to get her tragus pierced, and each time we got a new excuse — staff not here, finishing early, come earlier next time, staff not capable, and finally, “we don’t do that piercing at all.” Five wasted trips for nothing. Thanks for nothing.
The lady with glasses who was working on 9th may 3:50pm has a very bad attitude and zero customer service....I do not recommend
