I got my seconds and thirds pierced 6 or so months ago by a fill in staff member who used too small of a stud. I called up and was served by the Amazing Seda, who not only changed my infected piercing but also put the correct stud and backs in. I cannot thank her enough, she saved the piercing!! So kind and knowledgeable, highly recommend coming in to get Seda’s advice. You’re slayconic xx
Lovisa southland is amazing, with outstanding and excellent customer service. Seda, the manager there is an asset to the company. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my piercing and Seda provided me with 10/10 service. She had just popped into the store to drop something off. It was her day off and she still helped me immensely. When the front of my 2 month old flat back peirceing fell out I went to Southland hoping to get some help with putting a new front back in. The Lovisa near boost was really helpful. The employees were transparent that they weren't specialised in flat backs but they still helped me put a new peircing in and were so kind and thoughtful. If you ever have a peircing problem I would recommend them!

The Lovisa next to hair house is amazing. I got my second and thirds pierced and even with the lady having a bad shoulder she did an incredible job. It’s been about over a couple weeks now and I’m still obsessed! They are healing so perfectly and she walked me through the placement perfectly as I am quite the perfectionist! Good price and perfect experience!
