There’s a super cute and polite Asian girl working there, and she made the experience so pleasant. I’m super indecisive and she was so helpful! I got such a good deal for the waterproof jewellery and I totally love them (trust me, my ears are super sensitive ugh)! Thank you to the team who were so polite, would definitely come back.

The Asian lady at the customer desk was busy on the phone and mentioned that Lovisa doesn’t offer ear piercing.
I got my 2nd ear piercing here and it was amazing it was better that my firsts one I got at like a professional professional place it hurt less and they feel better and the lady Who did them was so nice it’s a free peicing and you get free peicing solution
