I rocked up here at 9:50am Monday the 20th of January 2025 and it wasn’t even open. What’s going on? No sign, no nothing. I’ll have to go to another Lovisa shop now. Pathetic. It even says you open at 9am.
Abbey at the Stocklands store went above & beyond to assist me with finding the perfect product for me, she displayed such kindness & certainly knows her products. Abbey is an asset to the store. Thank you so much darling, I appreciate your excellent customer service & I'll be returning. 6 Stars
I confess that I've always been afraid of piercing my ear at Lovisa because I always found the attendants very young and assumed they wouldn't have much experience, which made me feel insecure. However, today I went to Lovisa in Burleigh to exchange a gift and ended up piercing my ear with Abbey. She's very young, but very knowledgeable, she gave me confidence throughout the whole process and made me feel calm and comfortable. Very careful. I loved the result and highly recommend it. She is perfect!
I attended the Burleigh store on 12th July 2024. I cannot speak highly enough of the 2 young ladies working there that evening. I rang ahead and they were more than accommodating despite me running a bit late due to traffic and it being so close to their closing time. Giulia and the other young lady didn't make me feel rushed at all. These 2 girls are an asset to the team and really understand the meaning of customer service.
