I took my niece in to get her second ear piercings, and Justine was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, understanding, and took the time to make sure the placement was exactly where my niece wanted it. She explained everything clearly, made my niece feel comfortable throughout the process, and was incredibly friendly and professional. If you have a child who’s particular about their piercings, I highly recommend seeing Justine. She made the whole experience a positive one!
I got my ears pierced here on 10/5/26 and the young girl who did them (second hole) is absolutely amazing-so kind, gentle and soothing..!! I forgot to get her name unfortunately…
The worst customer service I have received in my life. I toke my doughter to do the first piercing and they did the both girls did at the same time the Asian girl and the afghan girl but 1 side was lose when i asked the afghan girl way one piercing is lose she told mee that it's ok thats how suppose to be i asked here what about if this one come out wat wee ned to doo than she told mee that wee can put it back as long the piercing is do e from here I ask here i m I going to bee charged she told me not because you bought it f... read more
