My little girl just had her ears pierced. The staff were amazing, explained it step by step, kind and patient. Brilliant hygiene. We have been served by this staff member before and she is amazing. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she is brilliant. Thank you so much
The products are lovely but the salespeople are very crafty. Requests the email for the receipt assuring that no promotional content will be delivered, but sneakily add the email for their promotional subscriptions.
Bullshit service worst staff don’t even give a shit about customer got earrings and was charged high price as a scam . Should hire educated and professional staff not some school girls who don’t even know a shit about customer service . Make me waste my time not recommend at all . Will sue them for scam for sure
