Initially, everything was okay.... until i placed some jewellery down on a counter that didn't have anything on it and thought it was fine??? Then a worker storms up really aggressively, looking like she wanted to bite my head off, stating that we cant place anything down on here because it's a "piercing station".... Why is there a piercing station at the front of the store and in the open? If you wanted to be "hygienic" wouldn't you have a room especially for "piercings". Doesn't make sense. The worst experience with them, at least they should tell us before upfront payment and consent form. We did everything upfront and later the lady with yellow top refused to do it because my little one was moving a little bit after waiting about half an hour and then refunded. They were in so hurry that my little one fell down from chair. Never ever go there, not a professional behaviour.
