Unfortunately this Lovisa is not the most pleasant environment to shop in. It was disappointing to witness the way staff were spoken to and treated by what seemed like an untrained manager. A little more professionalism, respect and kindness towards employees would go a long way. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed, as the way a manager treats their staff says a lot about the overall management of a store.
I usually love going to lovisa getting few things as a reward or little pick me up, always had amazing experience with customer service as well till today when I went to lovisa @indropilly never felt more uncomfortable when I went into a shop Still love shopping at lovisa though but never at indro again
I asked for a piercing in my ear but then the lady said nah a belly button would look better and made me get one, in all fairness the blokes in the valley absolutely love it. I can now wear crop tops in peace
I was served by a lovely staff. Appreciate her patience.
