I went into Lovisa at Kawana Shopping centre today, and I just wanted to say that the service I received was exceptional. The sales assistant was polite, accommodating and very professional.
Absolutely amazing experience with ANASTASIA. She pierced my daughter’s ears and was so calm gentle and patient the entire time. The way she explained everything and reassured my daughter made the whole process amazing. Her patience and professionalism are truly next level. Honestly an absolute legend top-notch serv.

my 10yr son had his first walk-in ear pierecing done here today. the staff is friendly in consulting and professional in hygiene. the whole process including signing parental consent took less than 5mins. thanks to the staffs here. highly recomended~
