Last weekend, me and my girlfriend got our nose piercings done together we were genuinely happy with the initial service.Unfortunately, just a few days later, while taking off my glasses, my nose stud accidentally came out. I tried to gently reinsert it, but it got stuck midway. I visited the store today for assistance. Was told that due to the policy I had signed, they wouldn’t be able to help. My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced today at this store. The two young ladies Char & Molly were fantastic. They both did an ear each at the same time. We didnt have to make an appoiment we just walked in. They were very good with my daughter as she was so scared. My daughter is thrilled with her piecings. I highly recomend this store to get any ear piercing. Thankyou

I just had my ears pierced by Leah at Loganholme Hyperdome Lovisa. She was very professional even though she had a queue of people waiting to make a purchase. She spoke to everyone in a very friendly manner and thanked them for their patience. (She really could have done with a second person to help her) Leah was very happy to help me get just the right spot for the piercing, she was excellent!
