After a dissapointing trip to Skin candy yesterday, we rocked up to Lovisa with our 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, the young lady did a fantastic job and my daughter had an amazing positive experience getting her first piercings. Thank you ladies! You made her birthday present so special.

Last weekend, me and my girlfriend got our nose piercings done together we were genuinely happy with the initial service.Unfortunately, just a few days later, while taking off my glasses, my nose stud accidentally came out. I tried to gently reinsert it, but it got stuck midway. I visited the store today for assistance. Was told that due to the policy I had signed, they wouldn’t be able to help.
