I went with a friend who was wanting to purchase a necklace to fit a shell he had, as a gift to a dear friend of his. Both Violet and Georgia from the Warriewood store went above and beyond to find him what he was after. He purchased the necklace and then realised the shell wouldn't thread through so they took the time to find a solution and it was perfect!
Horrible, terrible piercing. Got badly infected. The right piercing went through my entire ear overnight and i woke up with it stuck in my ear with the skin grown over the top so had to go to emergency hospital where they had to try take it out and then went on antibiotics. The left ear got infected too so just ended up pulling it out as it looked close to getting stuck in my ear again, plus there was puss and blood coming out of it. 5 stars purely because of the fabulous customer service given by your salesperson Nichola who was so kind and helpful when my bag of shopping (from another store) broke open while I was shopping at Lovisa. So kind even amidst the Christmas rush!
