My carer Bess and I just had one traditional helix piercing done each with Carys at The Robina 2 Lovisa outlet at Robina TC. She did a great job preparing us, took the time to explain how best to care for our new piercings and was very sweet..she even put love hearts on our take home info pack. We were in and out within 15mins, there was very little pain and it was the cheapest we'd found locally. We both would recommend Lovisa's services without hesitation.

I had such a positive experience with Isla at the Lovisa store in Robina. She re-pierced my ear after it had been pierced incorrectly at another store, and she was so helpful, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel so comfortable and confident. Such a lovely girl and an absolute credit to the store. Thank you again, Isla!
Absolutely appalled by the lack of health and safety standards in the Robina store. 1: instead of having a professional piercing room, that’s safe, controlled, clean and goes by the proper health and safety standards…….. Let’s just pierce people in the middle of the doorway with bacteria hanging around, people walking around (who can easily bump into you and cause injury) this is just below standard!
