I was served by the sweetest young girl today. She helped me choose some new jewellery to make me feel myself again and was able to answer every question I had. She didn’t try brushing me off and give me just one word answers she actually listened. Such a great experience in store today it has made my day.

Brilliant experience coming here to get my daughter’s ears pierced for the first time. Girls were super friendly and very professional. Everything measured and checked thoroughly. Super hygienic and cleaned before. Really recommend-Thank you so much ⭐️

My carer Bess and I just had one traditional helix piercing done each with Carys at The Robina 2 Lovisa outlet at Robina TC. She did a great job preparing us, took the time to explain how best to care for our new piercings and was very sweet..she even put love hearts on our take home info pack. We were in and out within 15mins, there was very little pain and it was the cheapest we'd found locally. We both would recommend Lovisa's services without hesitation.
