Absolutely appalled by the lack of health and safety standards in the Robina store. 1: instead of having a professional piercing room, that’s safe, controlled, clean and goes by the proper health and safety standards…….. My daughter and I got piercings from Jess and Bella. They made my daughter feel so comfortable, such sweet girls, perfect placement and all for an affordable price! They also so kindly showed us to the amazing sales they had on their sensitive earrings

A girl named Pheobe was rude, was extremely pushy with emailing receipts. I was shocked by her behaviour. I will not be coming back here. Only if there were negative stars.

I am a regular shopper here and adore the workplace, the girls are so sweet! There is a new lady however who constantly bosses coworkers, pushes baskets and refuses a paper copy receipt, even to the more vulnerable younger ages without emails and expects them to remember a parents one… such uncomfortable situations which degrade the experience

I shop here often and always have great service but there’s a new girl there that is so rude. I had to say no to giving her my email 4 times. She lied claiming that she had to give me an email receipt and when she finally gave me the printed one I asked for she had a sour look on her face. Not to mention she held up the line of customers wanting to pay by trying to convince me to give her my email for several minutes.
