I am writing to express my concerns about the piercing experience my daughter had at your Marion studio. Unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing and concerning experience. Sooo bad overpriced for jewelry that’s not even sterling silver PLUS got my second ear piercings done there for them to get INFECTED my firsts never got infected and I didn’t go to lovisa so that’s saying something.

The belly ring I bought for 40$ was cheep quality and broke within a few weeks. The ball part is dodgey as and bent easily. It fell out and I have now completely lost it. Crap quality for what I was paying. I’m disappointed
Well set out store, great range. My daughter got her ears pierced at the upstairs store. She has eczema so was very pleased they had sensitive skin after piercing spray which is needed and appreciated. Didn't get the girls names who pierced, very happy with the whole experience and recommend this place.
