Looking for a headband for my daughter for a wedding. Found one we loved, tried it on as she's only 9 to make sure it fited nicely. Was asked to remove it and get it off. What a joke, not even a sign around to enforce this.

I was the only person in the store this morning and the staff member didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed any help. Took me a while to find the earrings I was after. Finally, I went to the the register and she continued typing on the computer for another 5 minutes before deciding to serve me. 🙄 Shouldn't work in a customer facing role if you can't provide that.
At Westfield kotara store at 9:40am on a Friday. Store is closed, phoned charlestown store to see if they knew when it would open. They responded 9am, are they not open? I have no idea why they're not open but they should be. Hopefully Lovisa can open on time in the future
