Just wanted to say a big thank you to the two lovely ladies who pierced my daughter’s ears today at Kotara Lovisa. They were so patient, caring, and made her feel completely at ease throughout the whole experience. My gold necklace turned brown and so I went in for some advice on what to do. I thought they’d maybe sell some jewellery cleaner or know what to do. I don’t want to have to throw it out but it’s completely brown now. I got the most unhelpful, rude girl even though I come in like twice a month to buy jewellery here. I’m constantly checking for new stock just to get this horrible girl who just said “no” when I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Great variety, very friendly and helpful staff.
Looking for a headband for my daughter for a wedding. Found one we loved, tried it on as she's only 9 to make sure it fited nicely. Was asked to remove it and get it off. What a joke, not even a sign around to enforce this.
