Be wary of getting piercings done here. I spoke to a girl wearing a "piercing specialist" badge and she didn't have any experience at all with piercings! It was her first day and she had on a specialist badge. Obviously a new hire but practice needs to be taken seriously before putting holes into children's ears! Her trainer also didn't seem to know much about piercing either. I've also heard screams coming from kids who get it done at lovisa. I am usually quite happy shopping here. However, I bought 3 pairs of earings for $30 about a week ago. One pair was faulty. I took them back today and had no end of trouble. I just wanted a new pair to replace the faulty one. (This has happened before and had replacements with no problems). I was made to put them in my ears and show them, which I did. Quite a large and clean store with attentive customer service able to locate items we were after.
Time to open says 9am ,,,, didn't open until 9:16 ..... not happy
Not a lot of good things to say about Lovisa, I’ve been in this store a couple times now and although most staff members are wonderful, I can’t help notice the appalling way the manger treats her staff. A few times I’ve seen her talk down to them as if they are literally dirt, switches up quickly in front of customers but the second she thinks she’s out of ear shot she seems to get aggressive again.
