One star is too generous for this store. Products are low quality and yet overpriced. Anything breaks or if its faulty, they will blame you and refuse to do a refund or exchange.

I bought three earrings from this store, and they’re really nice! That’s the only reason I’m even giving 1 star. The experience, however, wasn’t great. There were no signs or information saying you couldn’t try on earrings, so since I’m new here and didn’t know, I tried a few before buying. A staff member immediately came up to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to try them. She asked if I had put any back—probably to make me buy those too. Lovisa staff are usually very nice and lovely. However, this broadmeadows store had a girl who was least interested in customer service. Bought flat back earrings today that were faulty and wouldn't close. I told the girl, and her reply was they have a hole, so we can't return or refund. All we wanted was her to try that it's not working, but she didn’t and was least interested. Won't be going back to this store and guess that explains the other negative reviews for this particular store.
