Il never go there again
My daughter wanted her 2nd piecing done, so we went to Lovisa in Noosaville last Sunday. Five stars to Zoe, who did a fantastic job! Zoe was patient and friendly, and my daughter had a positive experience with the piercing. We got the $60 package with the after-piercing antiseptic spray, and my daughter's ear's didn't even feel sore as of the next day! Thank you : )
Attended the store on Saturday at 3.45 for a piercing and was sent away as they need to tidy up the store an hour before closing and was told to come back Sunday. Attended Sunday for a piercing and was told no more piercings today as they had not had a break and were entitled to a 45 minute break. I explained we attended Saturday and that we were sent away & Olivia was lovely and did our piercings. Olivia pierced my daughter’s ears today (5 years old) any we were very happy with the whole process. Olivia was great with my daughter and make her really comfortable. And best of all it didn’t hurt a bit.
Went to Lovisa Noosa Civic for a nose piercing. The entire team were fabulous. They communicated the process really well, shared great tips for after care and were friendly and responsive to my questions! Great experience, would definitely recommend them.
