I came in the other day to buy some earrings for my daughter‘s birthday. She’s very picky so I didn’t know what to buy but this lovely worker I think her name was Erica had recommended me some items that she thought my daughter would like and what has been very popular recently it was very busy so I was grateful for her assistance. I will definitely be coming back!
Today I shopped at Lovisa and bought 5 pairs of earrings under the “5 for $20” offer. When I got home, I realised that only 4 pairs were wrapped in the paper. It was a bit disappointing, so just a reminder to keep an eye on it when they’re packing the earrings for you.
I won’t come back here again, I took my daughter to here ask Mansi about the price discount, because my daughter just had piecing not long ago in here, now it’s closed. Mansi was very rude said no to us, then we just walk away, my young little daughter very very sad and cried.
Michaela was our piercing specialist today, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, very kind and knowledgeable. We really appreciate her services. She is a great employee, we would highly recommend her as a piercing specialist. From Lucinda and Rosie (had piercings done on the 30/6/25 by Michaela) 🩷
