Unfortunately i will never be shopping here again. The Managers are so horrible to the staff the way they talk to them is unacceptable. I used to shop here regularly as of a couple months ago customer service was amazing all of the girls were super nice felt like i was walking into a well bonded team. i'm not sure what has happened but it has had a dramatic change ti the atmosphere i don't even want to step food when i see a higher up. Terrible service, rude and unpleasant dark brown hair girl, won't be shopping there again
I went to lovisa in karrinyup for the first time for a piercing and i was super nervous coz all the stories about piercings in lovisa but Tati was my piercer and she did it amazingly. She was super fast and careful with it. Would recommend. I hope shes doing my next few piercings.
I came in the other day to buy some earrings for my daughter‘s birthday. She’s very picky so I didn’t know what to buy but this lovely worker I think her name was Erica had recommended me some items that she thought my daughter would like and what has been very popular recently it was very busy so I was grateful for her assistance. I will definitely be coming back!
Today I shopped at Lovisa and bought 5 pairs of earrings under the “5 for $20” offer. When I got home, I realised that only 4 pairs were wrapped in the paper. It was a bit disappointing, so just a reminder to keep an eye on it when they’re packing the earrings for you.
