Michaela was our piercing specialist today, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, very kind and knowledgeable. We really appreciate her services. Visited to get both my daughters first piercings; Katherine was wonderful! My girls were very nervous, and Katherine completely put not only them, but myself at ease with such a lovely interaction. She took time to explain everything professionally but also in a way my young girls could understand and agree to comfortably. The experience was nothing short of perfect; cannot recommend her enough, she's a gem!
