I came into the store to get a lobe piercing done and had the pleasure of being served by Tiana and Layla. Both girls were professional, friendly and make my time in store a smooth and enjoyable experience. They should both be highly commended for their customer service as they are both assets to the Lovisa team. Will definitely be returning to the store in the future for more piercings :)
