At 10:30 am today (Tuesday) I went to Lovisa to grab some pieces. I was there for a while looking and the worker had her back to the store the whole time. Once I was ready to purchase I waited at the cashier and no one came. I said excuse me and the employee ignored me. On July 26th at about 1:40pm, I was in the store for about 20 minutes and no one approached me to see if I needed any help or to even greet me. I walked to the back of the store to the body jewellery and saw that the employee was sitting on a little chair on her phone. I was right next to her and nothing was said. June 22nd @ 10.30am was when I shopped at the store. I wasn't acknowledged when I was being served at the counter. The assistant didn't look at me when saying hello - I noticed she did this to another customer before me. It gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. I hope management can find a way to support the team to ensure improved service and working environment.

Went to the counter to purchase earrings, however, the employee was on the phone and ignored me for minutes. The employee never looked at me or served me, despite standing at the counter and presenting my items. As a result, I left after minutes of being ignored and did not purchase the earrings. I will not be returning.

Very nice stuff behaviour
