A friend and I visited lovisa level 1 today and both got our ears pierced. Dylan was amazing. He took the time to consult with us before, and really took the time to ensure we were happy with the placement and overall made it an amazing experience. He was very helpful in placement and individual advice, while ensuring we were comfortable throughout the whole experience, putting in the extra time and effort to personalise the experience. Dylan, who works at Lovisa on Level 1, was so helpful in helping me choose which piercing to get after I came in feeling very indecisive. He was great to chat to, so warm and bubbly, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He made the experience really enjoyable and took the time to help me find something I loved. I highly recommend coming here it was an amazing experience.

I had a really disappointing experience with this place. I got my ear piercings done about 4 weeks ago, and unfortunately one of them closed up shortly after even though I followed the aftercare instructions. When I contacted them to fix the issue, instead of offering support or a solution, they asked me to pay again to redo the piercing. I was honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and customer care.
