Brought earrings at Lovissa and the assistant just walks away while Im talking to her at the counter pretending to walk the store. No other customers were in the store at the time. When i'm walking out of the store the assistant walks back to the counter to chat to her colleague. Not much assistance with customer service given after purchasing earrings.

I went into the Lovisa store this afternoon(ground level)very disappointing in the service or rather lack of.Three female staff in store two on the floor one on the counter no acknowledging me as I walked in store all three staff ignored me.I was walking up and down looking at the ear stack jewellery.The girl on the counter was just staring out into space and the two girls on the floor were talking to each other.So rude!!!!! So I took my business else where and spent my money NOT at your store
