Was not greeted by miserable looking woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. Asked for help with an item and she seemed unaware of items in store. Felt dismissed and not helped at all. Very disappointing.

Today I got my ears pieced at this lovisa, for $30. That includes everything such as the aftercare spray, studs and of course the piercing. I just wanted to say that I had a great experience. The lady that was piercing my ears was very friendly, kind and caring. She was also very helpful and gave some great advice on aftercare for the the piercing. I would defiantly recommend getting piercings at this lovisa. Thanks xx
