I had a great experience at Lovisa Ellenbrook getting my piercing done. I believe her name was Brinda, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and explained every step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I visited the Lovisa store in Ellenbrook to exchange a pair of faulty rings that I had originally purchased from the same store a day before. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the counter was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, even though I was simply requesting an exchange for a defective product. Was not greeted by miserable looking woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. Asked for help with an item and she seemed unaware of items in store. Felt dismissed and not helped at all. Very disappointing.
