I don’t usually leave reviews but if there was a zero-star option then I would have used it. (Most of) the girls that work at this store are a disgrace. Especially that manager. Anytime you walk in the store she’s behind the counter colouring in her diary, or rambling on about BTS whatever that is. I’ve also noticed her walking around the centre and going into the toilets with a Lovisa pouch thing on - it’s very gross and unprofessional. I had a great experience at Lovisa Ellenbrook getting my piercing done. I believe her name was Brinda, and she was absolutely wonderful. I visited the Lovisa store in Ellenbrook to exchange a pair of faulty rings that I had originally purchased from the same store a day before. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the counter was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, even though I was simply requesting an exchange for a defective product.
