They gave me ear piercings I came late and they still did it when they were about to close, instructions were clear and easy
Very disappointing experience at Lovisa Epping. We've been to other Lovisa stores before and have never had such poor customer service. There were two staff members in the store, and our group of five went in for ear and nose piercings. When we asked for assistance, one staff member repeatedly made unpleasant facial expressions that made us feel very unwelcome. I got my 5 year old daughters ears pierced here! Had a very good experience! The ladies did a great job of keeping her calm and relaxed throughout the procedure!
I would like to appreciate the great work done by Savannah, showing immense knowledge and providing the right advice in addition to keeping our requirements in mind with respect to piercing our infants ears. She was very kind, supportive and explained the entire process to keep us at ease. We were very impressed by Savannah and Aafia,the way they used their expertise, pierced the ears of our infant ,a year old,with lots of patience and love. Kudos to both.
