Customer service at Lovisa in Epping, VIC, is disgusting. This female employee sat there and looked at me, automatically discriminating against me because I wore a hijab. I'm Muslim, and she thought I couldn't afford to pay for the jewelry. As I was about to pay, she wanted to look at my handbag and I refused. So I dumped the basket and left. Absolutely love the service at Lovisa. Sometimes there's bargains and so much to choose from. I recommend the waterproof jewellery. Thank you so much to all the wonderful employees and management at Epping Victoria
My daughter wanted to buy jewellery from Lovisa Epping Plaza and one of the staff who I believe is Indian yelled at her. My daughter was left crying and left the store. I'm discusted. I will take the matter further.

9:55 am, 03/01/2026, Came to the shop for ear piercing, staff member on call. Waited for her to finish at the counter for 5 mins, she didn’t come to the counter. Called her, said excuse me, hello, but she kept talking on her phone, waived at her but she ignored and continued. Not a big deal, I’ll find another store but I have been to lovisa before, but today’s experience doesn’t even deserve a star
