I had a terrible experience getting my helix piercing done here. The piercer used a piercing gun, which should never be used for cartilage piercings. As a result, my ear cartilage was badly damaged and became severely infected shortly after. I had to seek medical treatment, and it’s still healing. I’m writing this to warn others — using a piercing gun on cartilage is dangerous and outdated. A professional piercer should always use a sterile needle, not a gun. Stella and Jasmin were so kind and encouraging today getting my ears pierced. They put me right at ease, I probably wouldn't have gone ahead with it otherwise. Genuinely lovely girls and a great experience.

The 3 girls working the shift today (13/08 12:30pm) were all nice and attentive. Had both my ears pierced and was in and out in 15mins. Great service and good banter too from them all.
