Disappointed in the poor customer service. Limited knowledge in piercings, contaminated equipment, and a “don’t care about the customer” attitude.

Brought earrings that were advertised as ‘sterling silver’ tarnished after 2 months of purchase. Spoke to customer service as sterling silver does not tarnish. They stated they couldn’t see the tarnishing from the picture and that I needed to take them into store with a receipt from 2 months ago. Terrible customer service and false advertisement
I had a terrible experience getting my helix piercing done here. The piercer used a piercing gun, which should never be used for cartilage piercings. As a result, my ear cartilage was badly damaged and became severely infected shortly after. I had to seek medical treatment, and it’s still healing. I’m writing this to warn others — using a piercing gun on cartilage is dangerous and outdated. A professional piercer should always use a sterile needle, not a gun.
