We had a really positive piercing experience here. The staff were really kind, helpful and patient. Highly recommended.
On holiday in the area and my daughter wanted to shop here for something. We couldn’t find it in store so I went to the counter, after a couple of seconds the girl looked up at me. I showed her a pic of what we were wanting to find and I asked do you have this in store? Her response… ‘I don’t know, online stock is different to in store’. End of conversation. Had an amazing experience this morning with my 83 year old mother getting her ears pierced.. the young girl who was working was wonderful.. she was very approachable and professional in every way to us, and all other customers who came into the store whilst there.. thank you again for your understanding, patience and fantastic attitude, could definitely tell she loves what she does.. Highly recommended.. Merry Christmas to all the staff.. 🥂 5 100%
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, i used to love this place I absolutely refuse to shop here since this new "manager" has taken over. Completely unprofessional, my granddaughter got an ear infection mind you so didnt even wear gloves and was on her phone to I'm guessing a friend on a facetime call WHILE SERVING ME!!! SERVER NAME "SAHARA" completely unprofessional staff, clueless and very rude please don't come here for piercing
Worst place to get ears done at. my son got this ears both done twice first set couldn't fault. second was put in the girl had dropped the earring on the ground and went to put it back in untill i said no you cant di that she rudly opened a new package and as soon as we got home the whole studd fell apart. After cleaning it and looking after it he finally had enough and took it out and guess what its still infected after 6 month. Might as well just buy your own gun of temu and do it yourself.
