Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was simply looking around the store (7/6/26) and wasn’t even acknowledged. The staff member was too busy on her phone to even say hello or ask if I needed any assistance. If I hadn’t needed the item for an event in a couple of days, I would have walked straight out and taken my business elsewhere. I dropped into Lovisa today to buy jewellery to wear for a wedding and the shop assistant (I don’t know her name but with the amazing pink eyeshadow) was just wonderful. I’ very picky but she took the time listening, helping me out and recommending great options to work with my outfit. Thank you!
Don't get your ears pierced here. They used a gun on my upper ear and caused an infection, and used a stud that is too short so my ear swelled over it. I went to skin Kandy who fixed it up for me for free as she said this happens regularly. I made a complaint and no one got back to me. Poor service and under trained.
Very helpful staff, didn't get exactly what I wanted but close enough.
