I dropped into Lovisa today to buy jewellery to wear for a wedding and the shop assistant (I don’t know her name but with the amazing pink eyeshadow) was just wonderful. I’ very picky but she took the time listening, helping me out and recommending great options to work with my outfit. Thank you!
Don't get your ears pierced here. They used a gun on my upper ear and caused an infection, and used a stud that is too short so my ear swelled over it. I went to skin Kandy who fixed it up for me for free as she said this happens regularly. I made a complaint and no one got back to me. Poor service and under trained.
Very helpful staff, didn't get exactly what I wanted but close enough.
I've been in this store twice in the last month as a mature woman.Each time I was offered assistance and honest advice regarding hair pieces. What lovely friendly young staff. Visiting shops which mainly attract younger clientele can feel intimidating, however I was made to feel comfortable and confident with my choice of purchase.
