Made to wait for over 20mins to make a purchase as they were doing a free ear piercing on a customer. This has happened to me the last 2 times I have been in the store. So many customers walking out without their purchases. Why do ear piercing when there is only 1 person working? Your free piercing is loosing you sales.
Bella did my piercing and she was amazing! She was very gentle and professional — I didn’t feel any pain at all. Highly recommend her for piercings!

Meg who is the store manager is so lovely and is so helpful she’s curated my ear piercings and always ensures I am as comfortable as possible when doing another piercing she’s done 3 for me and 1 for our young daughter who found her so friendly and kind
