It was an hour ago i was there , she was an indian girl and gave me terrible service and was making fun of me , behind me with other girl . It was disrespect for customers . I recommend to change staff
Please! Please do something about the attitudes of your staff at your Tuggeranong store! The staff are so rude, won’t even look at you and they clearly don’t want to be there. Eww. Sorry, but I won’t be going back.
Came into Tuggeranong store and the customer service was terrible, the workers name was Emma, she seem extremely uninterested and did not greet us once. Look at us side ways as if there was something wrong with us, very bad vibes and bad attitude.
Came in 30 mintues before close to get my 3rds done. Ann was amazing. She's so lovely. If you wanna get a piercing I here i recommend seeing Ann. She took the time to make sure they where even as well as give me some ideas for more piercings to get in the future. Thank you so much ladies
