We got our 5yr olds first ear piercing done this morning and wow what an amazing service we got. Taylor did an amazing job answering all of our daughters questions and talking her through the process. Would definitely recommend this place

I came in a bit nervous to get my nose pierced, however Taylah made me feel comfortable and explained everything from start to finish. If we could give no stars we would. Came in last Wednesday to buy a fascinater for cup day. Service was disgraceful. Girl on counter wasn’t tidy looking, had a cold and blew her nose very loudly at the counter, then walked out the back. I was hoping for assistance and got none so I called out to her as she was having a conversation with someone out the back, asked for help and I got a blank look. had my ears periced here by taylor and she was the most lovely lady ever!!!! was very clean and hygienic and gave me all the tips so my ears don’t get infected! they were amazing
