Horrible customer service, clearly didn’t want to serve customers.
*Kristy Bennett- signed in under my husband’s account. We’ve just had our 5y.o daughter’s ears pierced by the lovely Ren. It was such a beautiful experience, Ren was so reassuring, knowledgeable and really cared. Our daughter is so happy and the piercings look great. Thanks so much Ren💕
If I could give zero stars, I would. My grandmother accidentally walked behind the counter today, not knowing it wasn’t allowed. Instead of politely informing her, the staff member was rude and arrogant in the way they addressed her. There were other people doing the same thing and nothing was said to them—only when she did it was it suddenly a problem. Honestly, Lovisa should focus less on power-tripping over innocent mistakes and more on the actual issues—like the bummy teenagers who come in and steal from you all the time... read more
We had an amazing experience, I had my little girls ears pierced by Nae and she was just wonderful, she was so reassuring and made us feel so comfortable during the experience, my daughter is under 1 and Nae was just so patient with her the whole time. Highly recommend seeing Nae 💕
Nae is a very helpful staff. Patient with my daughter when she got her ears pierced.
