I got my thirds pierced yesterday and I had an excellent experience. I can’t remember the wonderful person I was with, which annoys me, because she was incredible. We got a phone call about having an emergency at home during the appointment so it was very chaotic and rushed, but the person doing my ears was patient, empathetic and productive. Thank you so much lovely brunette piercer!

I went in to get my ears pierced shortly before I had to be at work and was worried about timing. The staff member who helped me was so lovely and professional. She did the piercing quickly and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I really appreciate how kind and efficient she was. Great service!

Considering I phoned twice before leaving home 2 hours away, to make sure I didn't need an appointment and asked what time they closed, I turned up to be told in a snooty voice, no we dont do piercings an hour before we close! I explained that I had phoned before travelling the 2 hours and I was never told that information. Well sorry but we don't do piercings an hour before closing. Rude!!

*Kristy Bennett- signed in under my husband’s account. We’ve just had our 5y.o daughter’s ears pierced by the lovely Ren. It was such a beautiful experience, Ren was so reassuring, knowledgeable and really cared. Our daughter is so happy and the piercings look great. Thanks so much Ren💕
