Today from Lovisa in tweedcity I brought two items, upon purchase the lady serving did not mention the option of an emailed receipt, she did not mention that I would need it for any returns. I came into lovisa looking for specific things and was served by a woman named Starja (sorry if I have butchered that spelling haha). She was super helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting exactly what I needed! Thank you Starja!
Tweed store. Both staff talking energetically amongst themselves the entire time we were shopping. The girl in the black never spoke to me as she started processing my order until I had to warmly greet her. Didn't even acknowledge i was there. Her response to this was a simple 'hi'. Her demeanour was that of total indifference like I didnt exist. No 'thank you' or 'goodbye'. The girl in the white was friendly to us as we left which why I give this review 1 star. Girl in the black has zero concept of customer service.
