I came into lovisa looking for specific things and was served by a woman named Starja (sorry if I have butchered that spelling haha). She was super helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting exactly what I needed! Thank you Starja!
Tweed store. Both staff talking energetically amongst themselves the entire time we were shopping. The girl in the black never spoke to me as she started processing my order until I had to warmly greet her. Didn't even acknowledge i was there. Her response to this was a simple 'hi'. Her demeanour was that of total indifference like I didnt exist. No 'thank you' or 'goodbye'. The girl in the white was friendly to us as we left which why I give this review 1 star. Girl in the black has zero concept of customer service.
Gemma was so helpful with helping my daughter put her earrings in, and all the tips and tricks for healing and better quality earrings. Her customer service was great.

I have never posted a review before, but I received the most amazing customer service, [which exceeded my expectations] from Jordan at Lovisa Tweed Heads on Saturday. She was very lovely and very helpful, despite working all by herself, with a shop filled with customers that also required her assistance. I hope Lovisa realize how much of an asset Jordan is, to their Store at Tweed Heads
