Staff have always been nice and never any issues . However I visited this store when it was extremely hot outside. The store is small and unfortunately a young staff member had extremely bad underarm odour and I had to leave. I understand that this may be a cultural thing but I don’t think this is acceptable and I think it’s cruel. I worry too that she may be bullied or met with unkindness. I’m coming from a place of concern and love
Went to the store with my mum. This staff wear spectacles and has no interest in customer service! She was wearing earpods and did not listen to us whilst we tried asking price! When asked again, she replied “you can check at the back” and again in her own world! We got earrings and she packed them in such a bad manner in rush! Adding, threw the earrings at me LITERALLY! the worker checked mine and my partners pockets which made us feel really uncomfortable since we were showing no signs of theft. i work in retail and have only ever asked to check bags so this was new and honestly disgusting to me.
we got ear piercing for our 8 months old daughter today in Lovisa and they did a great job as my daughter was crying so much but both girls were so calm with us and did fabulous job. Thank you
