Had a great experience at Lovisa, Burnside during my ear piecing. Indu and Ava are true professionals who did their job with great passion. I didn’t feel any pain while piecing by them. Their custom care is vary high, and for sure, I will get my next ear priecing by them 🥰

Lovely, friendly staff. They made sure that we were happy with our ear piercings, there was also a great selection of earrings. They made us feel calm and ready for the piercing!

I went into lovisa and the two workers on the 19th of january were so extremely ill mannered. I watched a young girl accidentally spill her drink, and instead of the worker being of service, she rolled her eyes and put the paper towel on the desk, not taking the time to even hand it to the lady or exchange words, leaving her to clean on her hands and knees. I just got my ears pierced today (4 piercing in one day) and the results turned out amazing! Big thanks to ‘Divya’ for her excellent guidance. She was super friendly and incredibly patient with all my pickiness.
