I visited Lovisa last night on (22/10/2026) to get my piercing done and was assisted by an absolutely lovely staff member (I believe staff’s name was Sam, and had a facial piercing). The warm personality, professionalism and fabulous customer service made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you for making my visit such a wonderful one! 😊✨
Shout out to Sam and Eliza 👏for their Excellent customer service, professionalism and kindness today while piercing my grand daughter’s ears. Awesome job ladies 😊 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Eliza today and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I called first and was given advice and then we went in the next day. My daughter was nervous but Eliza was fantastic, kept her calm and made the whole experience very positive for her. The piercing was great and the aftercare instructions and products were explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend Eliza at Lovisa in Midland.
Eliza & Isobel were absolutely amazing and extremely supportive throughout my experience. Eliza especially went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They are both genuinely gorgeous souls, and I’m so grateful for their kindness, patience and support. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough — 100 times over! I’ll definitely be back. 🤍
Eliza was amazing! She took her time to make sure I was 100% happy with the placement and was so kind explaining the whole process! Great experience :)
