I have photos of the stands in this shop in Cribbs with big red notices stating 4 pairs of earrings for £15 but at the till the amount was £34 the girl serving had No explanation and just apologised

I love this store and the jewellery is always SO pretty! The staff were super friendly but I’m really not sure they should be offering piercings. I’ve had several piercings in the past but these have turned out awfully! Both ears are SO swollen, bright red and SO SO painful! I followed all the after care advise but within two days of having them done I’m in unbearable pain! I took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She was nervous but the lady doing the piercing was great at reassuring her, offering to explain the whole process or just do it, depending what she wanted. She was very professional and it was very hygienic. The choice of piercing earrings is great, as they aren’t big and bulky but quite flat and pretty so it’s not obvious it’s the first pair. I was impressed. Easy to keep clean with the spray that’s given as part of the package.
