Today we had Esther and Lucy pierce my 6 year old daughter’s ears and I cannot recommend them enough. Their professionalism and making my daughter feel comfortable was amazing the quality and precision is incredible Thank you so much we are both very happy :)

I visited the Lovisa store in Riccarton with my sister yesterday, and while we had a generally good experience, there were a few points that left us disappointed. We made a purchase of two gold items, along with a few other pieces, and we were unaware that there was an ongoing promotion of "Buy two, get the third free." I recently got my ear pierced at Lovisa and I'm so happy with the results! Maddie was amazing; she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She was very experienced and made the piercing quick and painless. 10/10
