I love the outstanding jewellery there.
My daughter and I had our ears pierced here yesterday. my second lobes and my 5-year-old daughter’s first. The staff were fantastic: friendly, professional, and made the whole experience really comfortable. My daughter was quite nervous and took about 15 minutes to work up the courage (even though she really wanted them done!), but the team were incredibly patient and kind with her the whole time. We’re so grateful for how understanding they were. Thanks so much.
Brought earrings there got home and the hoops were not the same shape and then tried to bend it as soon as I touched it it broke will not be going back
On their phones constantly, no greeting, no help at all. It felt like I was interrupting a paid hang out sesh??? Not the vibes!
