Disappointing Experience at Lovisa New Lynn I recently visited Lovisa New Lynn and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff were not only rude but also unhelpful when I approached them with an issue regarding an ear piercing that had been done at their store in the past. I had an infection in my ear from a piercing done by Lovisa, and when I explained my concern, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any solutions. Walked into Lovisa wanting to know more information about their piercings and the lady at the desk had an annoyed look in her face before I even approached her, lame attitude and looked like she did not want to be there. In the middle of talking to her I just wanted to leave because she was putting me off. Blows my mind people who have no customer service work retail

I was served today by a lovely young girl wearing a brown top around 5 o’clock, i told her i was shopping for my sisters wedding and she helped me build a beautiful look to go with my dress and even offered me a basket which was very kind! amazing service here and would 100% shop here again!

Was having a rough day and thought I’d treat myself to some Lovisa goodies - was met at the door by a lovely girl in a burgundy top, her chat was 10/10 and she was really helpful as she took her time with me to tell me what jewellery would match my undertones best, was really patient as I went back and forth over a few pairs of earrings. Will be back when I get paid to collect the other ones!
