Walked into Lovisa wanting to know more information about their piercings and the lady at the desk had an annoyed look in her face before I even approached her, lame attitude and looked like she did not want to be there. In the middle of talking to her I just wanted to leave because she was putting me off. Blows my mind people who have no customer service work retail
I was served today by a lovely young girl wearing a brown top around 5 o’clock, i told her i was shopping for my sisters wedding and she helped me build a beautiful look to go with my dress and even offered me a basket which was very kind! amazing service here and would 100% shop here again!
Was having a rough day and thought I’d treat myself to some Lovisa goodies - was met at the door by a lovely girl in a burgundy top, her chat was 10/10 and she was really helpful as she took her time with me to tell me what jewellery would match my undertones best, was really patient as I went back and forth over a few pairs of earrings. Will be back when I get paid to collect the other ones!
Amazing customer service in my shopping experience a couple days ago. Was served by a lovely young lady with curly red hair who greeted me accordingly and assisted me to find the perfect items for an upcoming event. The items were beautiful, the store was lovely and 10/10 customer service will definitely be coming back again !!
Atrocious customer service today by a young curly haired red head. Day off, shopping for reasonably priced work earrings, taking the to time compare 3 options. Employee approaches, curtly informs there is a sale on other items in the store, points to everything else I am not focused on. Staff member remains at my side, I have narrowed down my choice and begin placing earrings back on the display to free up hands, in an oversight I put back the pair I wish to purchase, no sooner do the earrings touch the display, the employee... read more
