Great service by Athena! Very polite and professional.
When I used to come to this store it was stressful but the employees seemed helpful during this visit. An employee named Athena was especially helpful and had excellent customer service. I got my ears re pierced by Athena and she was amazing! An absolute delight and she did an amazing job! I was nervous to get them redone after a previous piercer botched them but she was so incredibly supportive the entire time and really talked us through the process. Get your piercings done by Athena or Brandon. They’re both sweethearts. She pierced me twice and was so warm and hospitable. Definitely helped with the nerves when I got pierced. Brandon is also such a professional young man. 5/5
DO NOT SHOP HERE. But if you must, make sure to ask the staff questions about their discounts/sales first. I came here last weekend with family, and boy was it an awful expedience. To shorten a long story, what happened was we made a purchase without asking about the specifics of their sale that day. My niece purchased the item after we were told that the 60 % discount didn't apply, even though the item was in the 60 % off section.
