I have come to the Brea location plenty of times, but today my daughter was helped by an associate named Julie and she was phenomenal. I really enjoyed her positive energy and how she provided great customer service for helping my daughter select jewelry for prom. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and engaging with us.
I’ve gotten both my 2nd and 3rd done here but today I came to get my helix done. Jessica helped me out and she was so kind and super pretty too! I was really picky about my placement but she had no problem helping me get it perfect. She had great customer service and made me feel very comfortable! :)

When I used to come to this store it was stressful but the employees seemed helpful during this visit. An employee named Athena was especially helpful and had excellent customer service. I left with what I was looking for What a shocker! First time coming back in a long time and I will be coming back.. Thank you again for all the help dear.
