I’ve gotten both my 2nd and 3rd done here but today I came to get my helix done. Jessica helped me out and she was so kind and super pretty too! I was really picky about my placement but she had no problem helping me get it perfect. She had great customer service and made me feel very comfortable! :)

When I used to come to this store it was stressful but the employees seemed helpful during this visit. An employee named Athena was especially helpful and had excellent customer service. I got my ears re pierced by Athena and she was amazing! An absolute delight and she did an amazing job! I was nervous to get them redone after a previous piercer botched them but she was so incredibly supportive the entire time and really talked us through the process.
