SCAM! I booked online, paid the $150 "deposit" hold to book online. Received confirmation email and tried contacting the stylist prior to my appt to confirm the details of what I wanted and received "0" responses. Called her "ASSISTANT" line as instructed on the website and via the voicemail service and received no response. But, my money is pulled from my account! My first time coming to LovinYou Salon and Spa was amazinng! I loved the care that Ms. Shawntae put into my hair. From washing, deep conditioning, steam treatment, massage, blue light therapy to informing me about what products were being put into my hair. Ms. Shawntae also guided me through each step of the hair beautification process. My hair felt so soft, moisturized and nourished. It was amazing. I truly felt pampered as I mentioned to her. She is an exceptional stylist and I will be returning for another service.
Shawntae is always so pleasant and sweet and she makes you feel special. My boys and I love to coming to get our haircuts.
Nola was great! The experience was professional and she is very knowledgeable about natural hair care. I’ll be back!
