Estate pool needed opened to be able to sell home. They happily came out and replaced over $550 in equipment and supposedly opened the pool. Missed the skimmer plug and we asked several times for a resolutions. We have no pool experience and simply needed answers. Not one call was ever returned or followed up on by Michelle.
