They were honest from the inspection to the installation. I had an older fireplace insert that was no longer safe to use due to updated regulations over its 40-year lifespan. They assisted me in selecting the right fireplace insert for my home and adhered to the schedule perfectly. When they arrived to do the work, they kept everything clean, tidied up afterward, and thoroughly explained how everything operates and what to expect with my first fire. They were fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Ryan and his crew did a great job of preparing my fireplaces for electric fireplace inserts. From start to finish it has been a good experience. I appreciated Ryan’s communications and his timeliness with every phase of the project. He and his wife, Karen, have a beautiful showroom where it is easy to see how the product will look in your home. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions that helped the project come together very well. I am happy with the product and the meticulous installation.
