My showroom appointment with Ryan was awesome. He explained the entire process of replacing my fireplace, and showed me all options, which changed my vision into the exact look and function I need. He suggested a trusted contractor, with whom I have an appointment in s few days, and I may have s gorgeous new fireplace by the time the holidays arrive! We’ve had great experience with Ryan and sons. He installed a Kuma Applewood stove last year, and made sure we understood how to use it properly. It’s a great little stove with an oven compartment that we use for backup cooking during winter power outages. It heats the whole house so well, we sometimes have to crack windows open so the place doesn’t overheat. It bakes a mean banana bread too. Highly recommended.
Ryan and his sons came out and did a beautiful job installing my new Kuma woodstove. It's too hot to use it yet but I am definitely looking forward to using it this winter. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even said he would come and help me light the first fire to cure the gasket! I would highly recommend Loving's Fireplace Services to anyone who asks. In fact I was reminded to write this review because I just recommended them to my neighbor!
Ryan is really knowledgeable with all of his products. We needed an insert and getting one through Lovings was a wonderful experience from finish to start. I will be recommending him to my family and friends. We are very happy with our pellet stove.
