The worst customer service ever. Front desk is sooo rude especially the male and the old woman. I literally stopped my daughter mid service and switched company. They assume and don't ask. They still charged me even after I stopped them way before they finished. The only reason they get 1 star is because I wanted rate this place. When Dr. Lovinggod, asked what was the problem she rudely cut him off and told him "just let them go" like our presence bothered her as i felt we did anyways, I felt so uncomfortable. The staff was really nice but our results were bad. My daughters teeth never looked like we expected, in line with our initial appointment and models. As we asked for improvement, they accommodated until we just gave up. We paid another professional and got amazing results!! Too bad we had to go through the process and costs TWICE. The first photo was our finished product with Dr Lovinggood. The second is with another doctor.
Everybody is very nice and efficient. It is easy to make appointments around your schedule.
Professional and fun environment! Enjoying Uptown Funk while my babies are getting braces!
