Unfortunately not a good experience. She cut off WAY more than I requested. AND MY Golden Doodle got an IMMEDIATE ear infection with an odor and is constantly shaking his head. The first thing I was told when I picked him up was that he had a lot of ear hair and may have water in his ears and shake his head a lot but should be able to "hear you better". Close friends recommended them to us for our Fox Terrier. The Loving Touch Salon is in demand - we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The salon is very clean and fresh smelling. The owners/staff are friendly and professional. They are very talented crew. We will be back as our first visit was a very good.

I brought my 16 year old fur baby here to get groomed. They worked with her so well and she seemed fine. The staff were all so kind and you could tell they take pride in their work as they asked a lot of questions most I probably would not have thought of when it comes my pet. They were not scared to work with her due to her age as with other places I had researched in the area would not take her because of it. The price is something you cannot beat. I will most definitely come back !!!!!
