Great staff that does an amazing job
Been taking my dogs here for the past 5 years! They offer amazing prices and good service. Only complaint is they don’t answer the phone, but they usually call back!
Unfortunately not a good experience. She cut off WAY more than I requested. AND MY Golden Doodle got an IMMEDIATE ear infection with an odor and is constantly shaking his head. The first thing I was told when I picked him up was that he had a lot of ear hair and may have water in his ears and shake his head a lot but should be able to "hear you better". It's day 3 and I had to call the Vet. His ears are infected with a discharge and odor and crusty. And he's still shaking his head. He's withdrawn and not eating much. This wa... read more
Close friends recommended them to us for our Fox Terrier. The Loving Touch Salon is in demand - we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The salon is very clean and fresh smelling. The owners/staff are friendly and professional. They are very talented crew. We will be back as our first visit was a very good.
