Everyone is always so helpful. Last time I visited it was with fabric choice for a new quilt, this time with the accuquilt tools.
I am very disapointed in the service of my mother's Bernina Machine. My elderly mother had to drive quite a distance to get her machine fixed for one issue. After driving all the way home she discovered they failed to hook something up. She drove all the way back and they "fixed" it. She went home and discovered that now the knee lift didn't work. Three visits to this shop and they refused to acknowledge the errors or compensate her in any way for all her driving. Won't be returing.

We did everything possible to help your mother and make her happy. We compensated her with a free $25 gift certificate and we didn't charge her for the repairs. Your mother did not identify the problem with the knee lift so it was not checked initially, nor would we normally. We stand by our work and patient, friendly service to all our customers.

Lovely shop and great service department. I have a machine (purchased elsewhere) that was a lemon from the day I bought it. Took it back to the shop where purchased many times as well as two other shops. No one could identify the problem, let alone fix it. Long story short, it ended up at Loving Stitches where Pete immediately identified the problem as multiple defective sensors and had it fixed within two weeks. As I recall, the bill was under $300.
