Every time I am there to visit I always stop in and spend more money. I visit from Spokane, Washington.
The Holiday open house was so much fun! The staff were so hepful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the door prizes! Demonstrations were wonderful! Look forward to the classes for new owners. I learned so much today and met some new friends. THANK YOU!
I have had service above and beyond at this store. New to the area, I checked it out. Was told I would have to wait three months for service, was called to say that openings had come up and was moved up in line. I was told to allow up to a week for service - it was completed that day! Also, very helpful with store special sales. Was not in the state during a Bernina sewing machine foot sale, they called me while I was on vacation to put the sale through at the advantageous pricing. They deliver above and beyond service!!!
Shop there as much as my money will allow I'm a,quilter and love this shop the people are great.
Edited after returning to the store a couple months later. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, quick to offer a hello or advice. My first experience was clearly a fluke! The store itself is nice. The people that work there, from my experience today, not so much. I was not greeted when I entered the store or asked if I needed any assistance. I always shop at Loving Stitches.The ladies are so helpful especially Cecile.They go.put of their way to help you.They also carry heat transfer vinyl,and they have lots of colors available.
Would give less than one star if I could. My wife went to this shop on 6/23 and paid for out of stock row by row pattern kit that was to be mailed to her. After multiple calls, speaking to multiple people & almost 4 weeks later- she still has not received what she purchased. With her call on 7/17- she is told she has to wait until 7/20 to talk to someone else. Would not recommend this store.
