I love my studio apartment at Townley. Pretty courtyard view, lots of natural light, and hardwood floors. The owners and maintenance staff take superb care of the building while preserving its historical integrity. The rental rates are lower than much of what you'll find elsewhere in Columbus, and the other tenants are friendly and respectful of one another. Quaint building with a lot of unique features, but the lift was broken and the stair railing so loose that it was unsafe. No real accessibility.
Such an amazing little nugget right in the middle of the historical district. Great owners and a great price! I would rent from them 100 times over.
