I stayed in Townley Court for 7 years and I totally enjoyed my time there. Extremely safe and clean place. Very responsive landlord and maintenance person who attend to requests within a day at most. I will certainly recommend this apartment to everybody!
Interesting to see the comments say sound prove and highly recommend, the place itself is okay, but lacking management, terrible soundproofing, and annoying parking, I really don't recommend it.
Good management
It breaks my heart to think about how tall these buildings used to stand 100 years ago and to see them now. Signs of deferred maintenance everywhere you look: broken window panes, a furnace that breaks at least once a year, inches of paint everywhere on everything...a nice power washing could do wonders even. Residents are heavily restricted with lease terms including a limitation to four plants, something I've never heard of...while living here I didn't have access to hot water more than twice over the course of several day... read more
