I have used them for 15 years. They are the nicest and so courteous. The office lady is so helpful and kind. They have hooked up our dryer, added a water line for our refrigerator, replaced our sump pumps, fixed toilet and so much more. They are very reasonable. They definitely take the stress off when things act up as they do. I highly recommend them.

I am waiting to hear from their tech. I went into the office in Aledo last Friday to see where my name was on the list. She told me I was third in line. She also said that it was okay to start the furnace without an inspection, but if it didn't start, to call them and they would put me on an expedited list. I called and left a message that the last time I tried to get the temperature up to 65, the smoke alarms went off. No response. Today I received a call from a tech. I wasn't home.
