Caution!! Won't return!
Terrible Animal and Customer Care - Was told that they didn't cage dry on the phone. When I went to get my dogs, they were in cages with high velocity, barrel fan and vortex fans just inches from the cages blowing on them. My little dog has floppy ears that always hang down. Due to the wind speed from the fans, his ears were straight up in the air and his hair pressed back to his face. He was in a small cage with fans front, side and top and no way for him to get away from the air blowing if he chose to (and VERY loud in that room with all the fans going in that small area!!). He kept turning to the back of the cage as when he was looking at me, he was having a hard time catching his breath due to the force of the air so close to him. When I got into a disagreement with the owner and the groomer about cage drying, I was then refused service and refused a refund. I was also told that I was "rude, and touchy." I care about how my dog is treated - if that is rude and touchy, then so be it. So I left with my dog having received a half completed hack job of a hair cut on the body, and big puffy feet and head. My dog was so stressed from this happening, that it is now almost 24 hours later and he is still throwing up and having diarrhea--he had been fine before taking him in. I have scheduled an appointment for him with his vet for this afternoon. What did I learn? Before going to a groomer, make them explain to you their definition of "cage drying". During our discussion one of the workers said that they didn't use the heated cage dryers. I'm not in the grooming industry - my dog in a cage with strong fans blowing on my dog from all angles equal cage drying to me.
