customer service is great, service is rushed through, no one knew how to do french, over priced under serviced

I rushed through my service and didn’t even get the nail design I asked for. I wanted my nails to look different, but they just threw them together even though I had just gotten them done. Some nails replaced higher of the cuticle making them look like I’ve had them for two weeks when I had just gotten them done. When I came back to say I wasn’t happy, they were rude about it. Definitely do not go here.

Very poor service. We will never return. I made an appointment and was told to wait for a few ments on arrivel. Ended ip having to leave because I was not seated after waiting an afditional 15 minutes. I witnessed another would be patron enter and no one greeted her-after waiting she ended up leaving. Another patrom entered and took a seat without being invited and no one stooped her. Do not waste your time with these people. This is the second time they did not honor our appointment.

I love this place! Been coming here for years and Mike and Anne take great care of their customers. All of the staff makes you feel welcomed and their prices are just right.
