RecommendedHave never been employed with them but I've heard all good things about this small company. Also the smaller the company the better the care. I've heard very family oriented and greatful of staff. I look forward to potentially having an opportunity!
Be honest with clients before signing on, most staff don't like high fall risk clients, never used a gait belt, not trained in the safe use of walker, queueing in safe transfer, sit-to-stand, stand to sit reach back. no one knew how to disengage battery of hearing aids when not in use. I had to train everyone, hours I paid for I should have had discounted. I did most of the work. They suck hated them was driving 30 miles one day so that was 60 miles one day times times 5 so that was 300 miles for one week I have mentioned people not to work for them very shady people. I worked my add off then I had car problems wonder why shit look all the miles I have driven. That was not fair do not work for loving hearts.
I know that the owner of Loving Hearts took excellent care of my father and many others!
