I had placed a flower order just a day before the event, and at first, I was disappointed to hear that delivery wasn’t available beyond a 30-mile radius. I was advised to search for a florist nearby, and was told someone would follow up. When I finally received the call that you could make it happen, I was beyond elated. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure my mom received beautiful flowers—it meant the world to me.

Disappointing and not equal to the expectation from the picture online. I purchased flowers for a special occasion and not only was the arrangement smaller looking than what appeared online, but the flowers were already drooping and in the later phases of their life. One stem of the flowers was broken and hanging over. It looked like they had been through a rough day’s car ride. Needless to say it’s disappointing. when you spend a good amount of money on flowers, and they look old.
Denise was gracious and an amazing help my first visit to ‘The Flower Shop’. I’ll be using her shop again. Thanks for the kind service.
